30-day returns
If your Evoro leash isn't right for you, let us know within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full. On most orders you won't need to send anything back — just get in touch.
Arrived damaged, faulty, or wrong?
Email us a photo of the item and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you'd prefer.
Changed your mind?
UK law gives you a 14-day right to cancel as standard — we give you 30 days instead. Just message us with your order number (or the email you ordered with).
